Directorate of Education (S), government of Manipur has stated in its orders that Khumukcham Kritichand Singh, who is the primary teacher of Kakching Khunou New Primary School has been placed under suspension with immediate effect as the disciplinary proceedings against him is contemplated.
It further ordered that Kritichand shall not leave the headquarters at Imphal without obtaining prior permission from the director of Education (S).
