THOUBAL, Jan 8 : The first of its kind, Rhizome festival, which aims to protect and promote indigenous and endangered food as well as medicinal plants of the State, will be organised at Ningtam Ingkhol, Tekcham Maning Ching, Thoubal district from January 17 to 19.
