IMPHAL, Jan 8: Zeliangrong Baudi (Assam, Manipur & Nagaland) has cautioned the Zeliangrong people to abstain from the two-day convention organised by Rongmei Naga People’s Organisation (RNPO) to be held at Tamenglong District Headquarters from today.
