KAKCHING, Jan 15: A huge public protest erupted at Kakching after an 18 year old individual identified as Khumukcham Jetlee s/o Kh Mangi of Kakching Khullel Moirangthem Leikai was killed after he was knocked down by a Swift Dzire car near Heikrakpokpi power sub station along National Highway 102 (Imphal-Moreh road), Kakching district, at around 9.30 pm yesterday.
