KOHIMA, Jan 18 : Soon after the Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the poll dates for three North Eastern States– Tripura. Nagaland and Meghalaya, political parties in Nagaland have welcomed the announcement though they stated that the declaration was rather delayed.
