First voters deprived of rewards

IMPHAL, Mar 8 : Even though the Election Commission of India (ECI) promised a simple reward for the first individuals to cast their vote in the second phase of the 11th State Assembly election held in 22 ACs as a form of encouragement and motivation to exercise one’s voting rights, some of the polling stations have not provided any kind of incentives to the voters.
