IMPHAL, Oct 29 : Claiming that the Education Department has been sleeping over the demand that Lilong Higher Secondary Madrassa’s lecturer Md Abdul Quadir be transferred from the madrassa, the students’ union of the madrassa has announced its decision of boycotting the madrassa indefinitely from November 1.
