Thoubal, Sep 03: With an aim to control the illegal felling of trees, excavation of earth, sand and stones from forest land and to control encroachment upon reserved and protected forest areas, the District Information Office, Thoubal, constituted a District Level Task Force in respect of Thoubal district with Deputy Commissioner, Thoubal as Chairman, Thoubal SP as Member and Divisional Forest Officer, Thoubal Division as Member Secretary, a statement informed.
