IMPHAL, Jan 7: A five-day Handloom Expo 2018 organised by Community and Rural Development Society (CARDS) ended today at GM Hall. Former Vice-Chancellor of Manipur University Dr Ng Bijoy; Director of Manipur Rural Sensing Application Centre, Dr N Randhir and Project Officer of NCUI Women Cooperative Education, B Joyshree attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
