Thoubal, Sep 03: In order to promote and encourage the growth of youth clubs which have been recognised as catalyst for social change, the Government of India has instituted awards to outstanding Youth Clubs at District, State and National levels. There will be competitions at the District, State and National levels. The winner of the district level competition will automatically qualify for state level competition and, similarly, the winner of the state level will qualify for the national level competition. All Youth Clubs registered under the Society’s Registration Act 1860 or corresponding Act of State/UT and affiliated with Nehru Yuva Kendra can apply in prescribed application form that is made available with NYK office.
