IMPHAL, Jul 3: The JAC constituted by NFSA bene-ficiaries at Seijang has clarified that they never stole rice from the home of the local FPS agent but only took back the rice bags meant for distribution to bene-ficiaries to a Government godown in presence of police in protest against attempts to reduce the quantity of rice entitled to beneficiaries under NFSA.
