IMPHAL, Sep 9: Yumnam Nabachandra, Social Activist and prospective BJP candidate for 32 – Wangkhem A/C, has sent a memorandum to the Union Minister of State, Power requesting that the HT Overhead Electrical Transmission Line be re-routed, on the ground that it tresspasses above the houses of Phoden and Phouden Keiranbi of 32-Wangkhem A/C, Thoubal district.
