IMPHAL, July 22: A five-day training programme titled Basic Course on Disaster Management for functionaries of NSS, NCC and NYKs in Manipur will start from July 25 and continue till July 29 at the conference hall of State Guest House, Sanjenthong. The participants will be imparted training on basic course on disaster management and various techniques on first aid, search and rescue and guidelines to prepare disaster management plan for safety of the students and teachers, a release said.
