IMPHAL, June 23: The Narcotic Bureau Imphal, ETMCT-Hiyanglam, PRDA Bisnupur and OKHO Trust Langmidong are organizing a programme to observe June 26 as the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking at Laipham Ireima Community Hall, Oinam Mamang Leikai, Bishnupur, Manipur.
Painting competition and Essay writing competion of school students will also be conducted as part of the observation, a release stated.
