IMPHAL June 16: Sunil Meetei, publicity secretary of the KCP MTF in a press statement have claimed that the outfit is behind the killing of Huidrom Jotin Singh of Yumnam Huidrom.
It stated that Jotin was awarded the capital punishment for having close ties with Wangoi MLA Salam Joy and despite several warnings to him, and ignoring the outfit dictates.
