IMPHAL, April 26: Troops of 27 Assam Rifles of 9 sector under HQ IGAR (S) claimed to have arrested a cadre of the proscribed PLA militant while conducting a counter insurgency operation yesterday from the general area of Thongjao of Thoubal district.
The individual have been identified as one Huidrom Inaocha Singh alias Ireinganba, 35, s/o H. Tomba Singh of Serau bazaar Part-II and was handed over to Kakching Police station, informed a statement of PRO IGAR (S).
