IMPHAL Sept 1: Directorate of Minorities and Other Backward Classes, Manipur invites applications for awards of pre-metric scholarship to OBC students of the stat in recognized institutions for the academic year 2011-2012.Students whose annual income is below Rs 44,500 can apply for the scholarship.
