Two persons who came on a Honda Activa black in colour and having no registration number presented a Chinese hand grenade at the residence of Bijoy Koijam, MLA and Chairman of State Planning Board.
The incident took place at his residence at Thongju Pheija Leitong this afternoon around 12.15 p.m. The youths asked if MLA and his younger brother warjit Koijam and in the house. The incident took place when the MLA was campaigning election at Ucheckon area.
No arrests were made in this connection.
