Imphal, Feb 6: Lieutenant General Rameshwar Roy,UYSM, AVSM, YSM, Director General Assam Rifles arrived at Manipur on 06 Feb 2012 on a two day visit. He was received by Maj Gen UK Gurung,YSM, IGAR (S) at the Tulihal Airport. The General officer proceeded to HQ IGAR(S) Mantripukhri.
Later in the day, the Director General Assam Rifles accompanied by IGAR(S) called on Okram Ibobi Singh, Chief Minister of Manipur.He also visited Sainik School, Pangei,Imphal and interacted with students of the Sainik School.
