IMPHAL, Feb 24: Imphal west commandos apprehended a PLA cadre from Kakwa bazaar yesterday at about 4.30 pm along with one IED. The person has been identified as Asem Thoiba, son of Tomei of Liwa Lambi Oinam Leikai. Police seized one IED along with an electronic detonator, three Chinese handgrenades, two handsets and a Maruti car with regd no MNOIK/7338 from the alleged PLA cadre.
