The 12th foundation day of Acoam-lup Kangleipak was held today at Manipur Press Club. H. Kula advisor Acoam-lup, Indrakumar Ningombam President Acoam lup and A. Bobo Meetei graced the occasion as the chief guest, president and guest of of honour. Leaders of Meira Paibis, civil society organizations, clubs were also present the occasion. Most of the talkers demanded the inner line permit system in Manipur.
