Ibochaoba Singh, Principal, school of Driving, S Mangisana Chief Advisor, CPC gracing the function as the Chief Guest, president, Distingiushed guest, special guest of honour and special invitee respectively. In this regard, the Cnetre has appealed that no bandhs or blockade be called on the day.
