IMPHAL, April 7: The parents and guardians of candidates of the Physical Efficiency Test for the post of the Constable (Male/Civil) of the State Home department has appealed to the concerned authorities to re-conduct the PET as several qualified candidates had failed to appear for the test conducted on April 6, 2013 due to the ongoing indefinite general strike imposed in the state.
