LAMKA, April 21: Minister T Phungzathang expressed his thankfulness to all those who had taken part during the unveiling of a memorial stone for his wife on April 17.
He said that he had made a vow to help widows and orphans before the death of his wife death, following which he had given aid to more than 500 widows and orphans.
