IMPHAL, April 28: In an e-mail forwarded to IFP, bodybuilder Ngangbam Shantikuar of Sagolband Khamnam Leirak based at Taiwan has shared a letter that he has submitted with regard to the Mr. World Body Building Championship, which will be held from 5th to 7th of July, 2013 at Zakynthos, Greece organized by INBA/PNBA (International/Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association) which was founded in 1991. Dr. Th. Shanti who has won various body building competitions at different levels has mentioned in his letter that he has decided to break away from the Taiwan
Bodybuilding Federation and not to compete in the IFBB and not to associate himself with either of the two Indian federations but to self sponsor himself as representing Manipur.
