IMPHAL, June 11: The Manipur Electricity Employees’ Union (MEEU) has today issued a press release expressing its discontentment on the budgetary non allocation of plan fund for MI Department for the year 2013-14 which clearly shows that the work charged and muster roll employees will have faced non-payment of monthly salaries for 20 months including the 5 months of the previous year.
