IMPHAL, Dec 2: The All Manipur Nupi Marup has said that the one month long observation of the 74th anniversary of the Nupi Lal Memorial function under the theme, “Control violence against women, reserved 33 seats for women in election” was inaugurated yeaterday at the hall of the Irabot Bhawan.
