IMPHAL, January 9: A motorist was killed and the pillion rider was injured when their scooter rammed into a parked vehicle in front of Moirang Police Station, yesterday at around 11 pm. The deceased has been identified as Nongmaithem Boi from Thangmeiband Hijam Dewan Leikai.
