Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday promised sports facilities in Manipur if the party came to power. Speaking at a public meeting at Wangjing village in interior Thoubal district, Rahul Gandhi said if his party came to power after the coming Lok Sabha polls, facilities for the improvement for sports would be developed in the state.
