IMPHAL, March 15: Under training sub-inspectors and assistant sub-inspectors of the Manipur Police department staged a protest this morning at the Manipur Police training Centre, Pangei demanding their Passing Out Parade at the earliest. The protestors came out of their barracks and closed the main gate of the training college and even blocked the road.
