IMPHAL, May 6: Manipur Badminton Association (MBA) has nominated Hodam Gyaneshwor Singh as the referee for the Walikota Surabaya Victor International Series 2016 organised by Badminton Association of Indonesia, under the aegis of the World Badminton Federation at Sudirman Badminton hall, Surabaya from May 9 to 15, informed a press release issued by secretary-in-charge of MBA.
