IMPHAL, May 7: Imphal West district police have rescued Public Relation Officer of Singhat AC MLA GS Haopu from the hands of Tribal Revo-lutionary Army (TRA) cadres during a daring operation conducted at a jungle in Kontam village of Senapati district at around 1.10 am today.
