Churachandpur, May 10: The All Tribal Movement Lamka (ATML) has claimed that the 42 hours State-wide public curfew imposed by JCILPS on May 5 was effective only in the four valley districts of Manipur and Jiribam. The tribal inhabited areas carried on with their daily lives oblivious of the curfew, it stated.
