IMPHAL, May 16: All Tribal Chiefs’ Forum (ATCF), Manipur said it endorses the 48-hours total shutdown called by Churachandpur JAC in protest against the alleged insensitive decision of the All Political Parties which decided to send delegates to the Centre to urge the Central leaders to convert the three Bills into Acts.
