IMPHAL, May 24 : With overall pass percentage of 65.4 which is slightly higher than last year’s figure of 61.5, results of the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2016 conducted by Board of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) have been declared today.
