IMPHAL, May 28: Pointing out that none of the institutions (both private and Govt run) offering B Ed in the State have fulfilled the norms laid by National Council of Teachers Education (NCTE), the Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has banned the distribution of admission forms for B Ed in private and Govt run institutions with immediate effect.
