KANGPOKPI, May 28 : Retired MCS officer and former Chief Executive Officer of Sadar Hills ADC, Kangpokpi, Chongpu Kipgen took charge as the president of District Sports Association, Sadar Hills today. Chongpu was elected as president of DSA Sadar Hills unopposed at Keithelmanbi, Sadar Hills.
