IMPHAL, Jun 1: 31 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Hqs IGAR (South) constructed a toilet block at border village Mapum in Ukhrul district under the ‘Border Area Development’ project and handed over the same to village authority on May 28.
