IMPHAL, Jun 4: The all party delegation which left Imphal for New Delhi yesterday to seek the President’s assent to the three Bills passed by the Manipur Legislative Assembly on August 31 last year is camping at the national capital awaiting appointments with leaders of the Government of India.
