Chandel, Jun 10: Maha Area Chiefs’ Association (MACA), Chandel has snubbed Naga Chiefs’ Association’s (NCA) claim that the shortage of rice under NFSA was owing to the non-payment of due money to the assigned transporter.
The association, in a statement, said that the NCA’s claims are baseless.
