The Sangai Express has condoled the sudden demise of Waikhom Damodar (retired IPS) who was once a columnist of the daily newspaper.
Apart from observing silence for one minute, the editorial staff of The Sangai Express conveyed solidarity to the bereaved family.
Waikhom Damodar expired on June 10, 2016.
