IMPHAL, Jul 11: Emingsel, media partner of Manipur State Power Company Ltd (MSPCL), Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai has informed the general public that 11 KV Canchipur feeder, 11 LV MU feeder and 33 KV transmission line from Mongsangei sub-station will be shut down from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on July 12 and 13 for HT line stringing, connection and other maintenance work.
