Thoubal, Jul 11: Villagers of Pallel and its surrounding areas have been experiencing acute shortage of drinking water for over a month now. The Youth Volunteer’s Association, Pallel, Thoubal, on behalf of the villagers, has urged the authorities concerned to take up necessary steps to restore water supply in the area soon.
