IMPHAL, Jul 30 : A combined team of District Police Commando, Bishnupur, 2/5 Gorkha Rifles and Women police, during a frisking and checking exercise at Bishnupur bazar on Friday arrested one active cadre of KCP identified as Khundrakpam Bikram Singh (39), s/o (L) Kh Kumar Singh of Ningthoukhong Ward no 3, presently residing at Phubala Makha Leikai.
