IMPHAL, Sep 5 : Taking note of the earlier announcement made by the Jiribam District Demand Committee (JDCC) that it will be launching a series of agitation to demand that Jiribam be upgraded to the status of a full fledged district, the Zeliangrong Youth Front has asked JDCC to spell out the details of their demand.
