IMPHAL, Sep 18 : MPCC secretary and Konthoujam PCC member Dr Sapam Ranjan has resigned from the primary membership of Congress party together with many of his supporters/followers including Zilla Parishad Members, Pradhans, Councillors, block committee members, Mahila committee members and youth Congress members.
