DIMAPUR, Nov 2 : The NSCN-IM while noting the statement of Mulatonu of GPRN/NSCN (Unification group) that a political talk is scheduled with the Government of India by March 2017, has said today that much before March 2017, the Indo-Naga political talks would have resulted in a final solution.
