IMPHAL, Nov 5 : A total of 56,151 new voters have been enrolled as per record received on November 3 by the Chief Electoral Office, Manipur, stated Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Vivek Kumar Dewangan in a press conference held today at the conference hall of Secretariat (South Block), Imphal this evening.
