IMPHAL, Nov 7 : Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) has threatened to boycott the State’s largest tourism carnival Sangai Festival if the State Government fails to produce the police personnel involved in the alleged thrashing of DESAM volunteers including its president Angamba on October 29.
