IMPHAL, Nov 7 : Based on specific inputs regarding presence of hardcore top ranking leader of Thadou People Liberation Army (TPLA), at Keithelmanbi, an operation was launched by troops of Jwalamukhi Battalion of Senapati Brigade under the aegis of Red Shield Division on November 4, said a statement issued by PIB(D), Imphal.
An individual identified as Lunminlen Haokip, s/o Hegin Haokip of Keithelmanbi was apprehended.
